These terms apply to purchases placed through the Varsity online store, operated by Varsity B2C INC. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to pay the prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Products and availability
We work to describe our products accurately. Product colors can appear different depending on your screen. Availability and prices may change before an order is placed. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled items.
Orders and cancellations
Orders begin processing promptly and generally cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. If you made an error, email sales@velodromegoods.com as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee a change. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law, including when shipment is delayed.
