Processing
We normally process in-stock orders within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is the time before we hand a package to the carrier; delivery time starts after the carrier accepts the shipment. If an order cannot ship within the stated processing time, we’ll contact you with an update and your options.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Express shipping, when available at checkout, does not mean overnight delivery. Tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please check your shipping address before placing your order and contact sales@velodromegoods.com if a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we’ll offer the options required by applicable law, including the opportunity to cancel for a refund.
