Varsity B2C INC accepts return requests within 14 days after delivery. To request a return, email sales@velodromegoods.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We’ll send return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original packaging and any included accessories. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email us with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Sock packs
Sock packs must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return. Opened packs are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, even if the socks are unworn. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us for help. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Return shipping
For eligible returns that are not due to our error, the buyer pays return shipping. If we provide a prepaid return label, $9.99 will be deducted from your refund. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, contact us before returning it so we can provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we’ll issue any approved refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
